First time doing squats these heavy. I placed 2 plates under each of my feet to give myself more stability.It feels good.And my back is straight :D

Wah my cardio is pretty bad now.I can go hard but not for long and i forgot how to pace myself.Sigh.

There are many other things,especially the little things that make life easier to go through but i either forget or overlook them in this crazy times.So thank God for all those as well. For nature,the trees,the water and the grass. Things that don't talk but keep me happy and sane.

OH GOD SAID JACKIE CHAN
Mandatory pose.Seriously,this place has alot of significance and history behind it. It's the equal to a gamer visiting E3,an actor going to the Sydney Opera House or an Elvis fan visiting Graceland.Or a prata lover visiting upper thompson road.
Met a bodybuilder from Boston who had deltiods the size of my head,a guy from Massachusetts with very strong hands and a 50-60 year old Latavian who deadlifted 180kg for 3 reps with ease. VERY STRONG EH
We got a ticket for following the punks for too long. NEW POLICE STORY TIME
