Hello blog,remember me?

hello it's been a while.
*brings flowers to blog*

Life has been good.It's not been perfect,it's not been constant but it's been good.
My NS life is busy like hell most of the times but interesting to say the least.I've learnt abit of the medical field and it's pretty useful :D i can read very basic ecgs and can draw blood and know what does what.<---NS info so it's classified.HAHA. I've heard and read stories of people before they go in NS and let me just say, no matter how screwed up you feel you are,no matter how fucked up your life is, unless you are missing one arm, have a hole in your throat, have contracted aids below the age of 18 or was born with cancer, you are one of the lucky ones.
I meet alot of people also and see alot of guys bodies. Ruggers are just big with a beer gut HAHA. Seasports people are tanned as hell and ALL HAVE ABS.They're like a brown carboncopy of each other HAHA(Bear in mind i was a db once also!So this is very true ). Judokas have the best bodies and you can tell by the way they move. Powerlifters have no abs but have very good body development esp upper back.

Went climbing with reb,lydia and amanda yesterday.Fun! Chris was not there.hahaha.

As you get older,the more things you want to do that you wish you did when you were younger. I realise in myself that i want to do alot of things.Sports,make new friends,party,sing,study,help my brother get a B3 in english
But i can't cause i've got more pressing things to do now like study and get a degree. And it is depressing somethings when i'm just sitting at home infront of the com,watching youtube and surfing throuugh websites. That this would it? My life now?
But enough moping.

Last few singles were done for speed.

Anyhow lift and press
40x2x4

Handstands and wall walk bridges and split legged front levers
Getting stronger at the levers,just quite awkward when there are people infront of you and SPREAD your legs like butter infront of them. lololol

Might be able to do a full front lever at the end of sept.
Holding two rings or bars is easier than holding a single bar i realised.
If straight armed holds are too hard,bend your arms and keep them to the side. keep your body tight
