just getting into the groove of things. i'm beginning to learn how to drop my body and straighten my arms ASAP as the weight gets above my head. stamping my feet seems to help with the jerking.

hmmm,overall strength doesn't seem to be going up and i really haven't done cardio in a while.this program is more for taking a short break before getting back to 5x5.

we talked about trannys,transvesties(same thing actually??!?!),thai girls,she-males today at work. My voice reached a new low and i got a compliment on my first day on the job! :D
Oh and nus fass block chicken chop is damn nice.
The indian neighbours are quarrelling damn loudly, i can hear them 3 doors down. 1 interesting thing today i saw an orange indian today.

workout log 17-3-09

i'm on a russian power program,it's supposed to raise my maximum lift by 5%(!!!) i did this program once but dropped out halfway.hahah.it's no joke. i'm in week 2 which has me doing 80% of my max for 4reps 6 sets.
you can calculate your max squat here!(but i don't think anyone else squats hahah)

I talked to timo yesterday about how ns has changed the guys.He talked about aimlessness and i know everyone doing it now didn't expect it to change people like it did.Well it did.Maybe the change was gentle but constantly there.Or a big rock that just fell on them

I just made an event for my shaving of my sideburns :) i wonder who's gonna come hahahaha. I just realised i didn't invite yifei.crap. I like doing silly things,things that don't make sense and try to plan them a few mins beforehand.I didn't do alot of things during my secondary school time except for click my mouse furiously and play the same old games with myself.I'm trying to recoop for all the lost time haha.i think so. I think i'm talking too little at times,when i want to say so much.I wish you all would say what you want to say,then we would be fine? (Should we? What would it bring us?)

But i do wish we all say what we need to say and want to say.
