Shit workout today,i knew i was in trouble when 75kg felt way too heavy than it should have been.

Wanted to continue on with my workout but needed to get back home. It seems after my dates with the russian squat program,my squats haven't improved yet.sigh.and my back squats feel so strange suddenly. But i'll be back on friday doing my squats and 5x5:D that's how winning is done,with perserverance.

Had a pretty damn lewd job offered to me today.DAMMIT and i didn't expect that is all i'll say

had a new supervisor come today,my colleagues are pretty antisocial to him,not talking to him but i find he's a nice guy.But something he said struck me today.
We were looking at the income the company made during the week and he said the parties brought in twelve thousand alone so we ought to be grateful that the parties were paying for our salary.

i've not heard alot of encouragement or positive statements made by the colleagues around me and from myself as well.Not about how to help the company but more of 'how much time left before i go home' and 'shit there are alot of plates to clean' I do admit that i feel good when i finish work but where is my sense of pride in my work?

It's hard to want to do something with pride when there are more than 5 customers waiting for their orders to be taken and it's crunch time but something needs to be changed and done

First gymnastics class today! FUN FUN FUN
Did some round offs, which btw are not like cartwheels in which you just throw yourself into the movement.It's like from standing into handstand where you end up 180 degrees from where you were. THEN WE WENT TO THE TRAMPOLINE WOO. I can clear a lorry easily with that height.Only complains were that an hour was too short,warmups were too long and the people there stuck to their own groups lol

There were 5 other guys there.2 older angmoh ladies,3 people my age,1 girl from mgs(juiliana) and 1 guy from hwachong(samuel) and 1 other guy(En ting?Rui en?Can't rememeber the name). The three teenagers are quite good friends cause i saw them leaving in a car together

Went swimming in the sea on sat. My family wanted to do a try out before any actual signning up took place. The sea is very hard, not so much of the waves pushing you to shore but the salt water. Blweahh. We swam 100m? but it took like 5 mins and the waves weren't very choppy. Not used to the salt. I think my mouth aged 20 years in that swim. Could preserve fish with a kiss. But there were alot of xmm there! hee hee.

the hardest part of doing anything is getting it off the ground,writting the first words. i wanna write something that will mean something,something that will make an impact,something that will make you think

i've finally finished my polytechnic. 3 and a half years. Much of it i don't remember or care to remember. i remember the embrassing moments the most clearly. now i need to be the student that i've always wanted to be during my schooling life. It's true what they say, you don't really know what you have until you've lost it. i've screwed away my polytechnic life big time. From doing things half heartedly to plain indifference, it lead from secondary school to polytechnic, polytechnic year 1,2,2 and a half, 3 to graduation. I've alienated most of my classmates from me. And what for?

I really can't answer that.But i can answer what i'm going to be. I'm going to be the person that i want to be.i'm going to be myself and i'm going to be me. i'm going to be the person i knew all this time that i could be. watch
