just getting into the groove of things. i'm beginning to learn how to drop my body and straighten my arms ASAP as the weight gets above my head. stamping my feet seems to help with the jerking.
1)drop the body
2)straighten the arms
3)stamp feet,lock torso
4)straighten legs

hmmm,overall strength doesn't seem to be going up and i really haven't done cardio in a while.this program is more for taking a short break before getting back to 5x5.
sigh.i really wanna do a sport,not just gym all the way
