workout log 04-04-09

front squats

wah hard but i completed it MFs! form felt better. I took a break from squatting on weds or thurs. I think the break really help me recover. Or maybe it was the 3 min rest period.

form was good today! I tried the split jerk foot position and it feels good! stamping the feet and thrusting the arms feels ok

i had some problems earlier with keeping the bar straight and the leaning to the left??? but i think i got it down.

DON'T PLACE YOUR HANDS IN THE SNATCH POSITION,PLACE IT IN A SLIGHTLY WIDER PRESSING MANNER
