Last few singles were done for speed.

Anyhow lift and press
40x2x4

Handstands and wall walk bridges and split legged front levers
Getting stronger at the levers,just quite awkward when there are people infront of you and SPREAD your legs like butter infront of them. lololol

Might be able to do a full front lever at the end of sept.
Holding two rings or bars is easier than holding a single bar i realised.
If straight armed holds are too hard,bend your arms and keep them to the side. keep your body tight
