FINALLY HIT A 100kg SQUAT!PR BABY!!!
I promised myself that i would hit 100kg last year.But managed to complete it only now. Actually it's not as hard i thought it would be.hmm something has to be said about doing things and completing them.

Dumbell Rows
4x10x15kg

Pullups
12x8

parallel bar and pullup bar work.

20 min 10kg dumbell swings tmr
